FOCUS ON THE ABUSER
1. A victim is only safe if the abuser is separated from the general population. Evil exists.
2. Society is only safe when violent predators are incarcerated.
THEY REPEAT UNTIL THEY DIE.
NO CONSEQUENCES = ESCALATION.
3. Healing occurs only when justice is served.
4. If proof of pattern and more than 2 other victims experienced the same abuse, a brain scan should be required. Psychopathy is visible.
5. All of the non-profits listed miss the mark.
